The�always stunning, Catherine Malandrino threw a�party at�her maison this past weekend in�celebration of�her S/S 2010 looks. Along with hostess, Keisha Whitaker, Malandrino told the�audience her inspiration for�the�season came from international travels. With influences ranging from an�African woman’s dress to�tropical hues, her pieces are truly eclectic.

Many of�her designs can be interchanged or�layered to�create a�unique summer outfit. Malandrino’s prints are bold and�exciting, plus there’s extensive attention to�detail with hand beaded garments and�intricately designed leather goods. The�collection stands the�test of�time, and�nothing is too wild that it won’t be in�again next season. We’re currently coveting the�turquoise floor length dress and�the�purple leather crop jacket.
