Anna Paquin brought a dose of warrior-chic to the red carpet of last night’s Emmy Awards in Hollywood. The actress stepped out in a piece from Alexander McQueen’s 2011 cruise collection. We love how the dress remains elegantly simple, yet encompasses McQueen staples like bold shoulders and complex detailing. Her glamorous look is landing best dressed lists across the globe, signifying the label is still a powerhouse sans McQueen. This is primarily due to Creative Director, Sarah Burton, who has taken over design for the fashion house. We can’t wait to see who else will be spotted in a Burton for McQueen design.
