In a new twist, Gucci announced that actress Evan Rachel Wood will be the new face of their fragrance, Guilty. Wood is known for grabbing attention in darker films like The Wrestler and True Blood, but she’s never modeled for a luxury brand before now.  You wouldn’t know it from the pictures; Wood is a natural.

It’s  a change of direction for the iconic company, which usually features high-profile supermodels to star in their campaigns. Creative Director Frida Giannini explained that she wanted a fresh face for their newest scent, a young woman whose star is just beginning to rise. Judging from the pictures, Wood is the perfect choice.
