Fashion’s Night Out – Los Angeles Style

Sep 13, 2010 By Amy

Fashion’s Night Out in Los Angeles is a unique experience unlike its New York counterpart. Events were sprawled out all over town from Hollywood to Santa Monica, the MyFDB team chose to cover the happenings in Beverly Hills, since we feel the infamous Rodeo Dr. is a fashion hub for our favorite luxury brands. Each shop had something unique to offer from champagne and manicures at Chanel to popcorn and cotton candy at Guess. The evening was filled with fashion fused with entertainment. Shoppers were even enticed with free ferris wheel rides with proof of purchase.

We made our way all around Rodeo making a point to stop at all the major shops. A few highlights included yellow balloons, lemonade, and cotton candy at Tiffany’s, in celebration of the store’s yellow diamond release. Judith Lieber created a special purple nail color for the event, which was gifted to guests, along with manicures for shoppers manicures to test out the color. Hermes caught the attention of shoppers with statuesque horse-headed guards and the attention of children with golden horse balloons.
