So I know I angered a few of you with my last post about Maxine Dillon’s heinous pouch purse…er…”thing”? But look it’s Monday – a new work week! I’ve just finished my cup of coffee and am feeling quite optimistic, so I present to you – Who wore it better…er…first?

It seems Miss Paris Hilton is lagging a bit on her fashion…she rocked the EXACT same Louis Vuitton dress nine months after Zoe Saldana debuted it at February’s amfAR Gala in New York. For clarification, the dress is pre-fall 2010, making Hilton waaay late on the bold print trend. Nine months in the fashion world is a looong time people, you might as well have waited a decade to carelessly throw the dress on.  Saldana – who paired the outfit with bright red nails and Jimmy Choos (please AND thank you) – got it, while Hilton made…err, tried to make the dress transition into fall with opaque tights, pumps, and a mini Louis Vuitton clutch. Her attempt seemed rather…dare I say…lazy?

Look Paris, all I’m saying is I know you’ve been busy dealing with some legal issues and the purchase of another puppy for your Juicy Couture bag collection; but that doesn’t mean you have to fall behind in the world of fashion. When all else fails, nothing screams “problem solved” like a LBD. Keep it simple and classic Paris; now that’s hot.
