Pumpkin spice lattes, mistletoe (kisses), candy canes, gingerbread cookies, chestnuts roasting on an open fire…these are just a few of my favorite Holiday things. My LEAST favorite: the dreaded family holiday photo (Oops..sorry, mom).

Year after year, we all try to get together and look presentable but there’s always that one person in my family of four that looks…well a little off. It usually comes when least expected: a half-smile, a closed eye or awkward posture that just completely ruins it. Let’s be honest, no one is ever truly satisfied with the portrait…that is, unless you are one of America’s favorite familes: THE KARDASHIANS! Alas, I present to you their portrait which just hit the web:

It is just me or do they look waaay too serious and well, a little  scary? Hey, Kardashian clan, “Why so serious?”…The Adams family called and they want their “look” back!

This is just too good, and by good, I actually mean terrible! Where to start…Kylie and Kendal? You look like you are in your 30′s as opposed to your actually age (early 20′s..teens?). Rob, you are too cool for school in your tux…’nuff said. As for the Mama & Papa Bears (Kris and Bruce) well you two are just booooring, so, moving on to Kim! I get it, you’re in white…you stand out, is it because you are the better looking, “single sister” of the bunch!? And white? What was stylist Monica Rose thinking!? Oooh, wait! I get it…it’s foreshadowing…for a wedding dress AND your marriage right!?

Speaking of marriges, let’s move on to the the latest taken sister, Khloe and her boo Lamar Odom. Is it just me or does Odom look waaay too serious…I wonder what he’s thinking? Something along the lines of Mhhhmm Laker Champs, Here we goooo! And then last, but certainly not least, is Kourtney, Scott and their baby Mason…Hmmm, interesting that she is wearing (the pants…) errr a suit as well. Power struggle anyone!?

Look all I’m saying is I thought the holidays were a time of love and smiles. However, this photo shot by Nick Saglimbeni makes me think otherwise. I wonder what their dinner and gift exchange is like? Actually the gifts are probably amazing…the dinner? Another catty episode for their reality show.
