Double-digit degree weather, palm trees wrapped in lights, and definitely NO snow is the best way to describe California around Christmas time. Okay, maybe it’s not the best way to describe ALL of California, but it is the best way to describe Christmas in Los Angeles. I will admit, I come from a very, very cold icy and wooded climate so this whole California Christmas is quite the phenomenon to me, which is why I love Wildfox‘s latest California Christmas editorial.

Who doesn’t enjoy a beautiful model on the beach opening gifts in her Santa hat and Jeffrey Campbell Lita platforms? Once again Wildfox gets it right with this shoot just as they did with their fairly recent Marie Antoinette-inspired editorial. Everything is perfect, from the perfectly tanned model to the perfectly filtered photography and finally, to the perfect easy Wildfox wardrobe. The whole spread looks as though it was done through sunglasses with rose-colored lenses, and we all know how wonderful the world looks through them!
