Although singer�Florence Welch belts out the lyrics�the dog days are over in one of her songs, it’s just the opposite for her and her band, Florence + the Machine. The group is finally receiving the press and acclaim they deserve after the release of their amazing album, “Lungs.” A gorgeous Florence Welch shows off her natural beauty in the latest editorial titled “How To Look Like You” for Glamour. Shot by Simon Emmett, Welch says her beautiful red locks have gotten even more red over the years, like “warrior hair.” I love that hair stylist Kerry Warn embraced Welch’s natural beauty and confidence. Welch, whose is best known for her� groovy vintage fashion sense, rocks chic all black outfits. I also adore the contrast of her hair, fair skin and gorgeous piercing green eyes. There is no mistake that her voice is just as beautifully striking as she is!
