Chic Kiddies in Couture
Growing up, I was a pretty low-maintenance for a tot (no Dior bottles or Burberry diapers for me). Call me old-fashioned, but I was beyond content with just rocking matching scrunchies and socks to my floral print Gap dresses. However, thanks to the latest issue of Vogue Paris, it looks as kiddies these days have become quite high class when it comes to fashion! The editorial titled “Cadeaux” shot by Sharif Hamza gives a totally new meaning to the term “playing dress up.” The kiddies rock pieces from brands such as Prada, Céline and Gucci along with precious gems by Van Cleef & Arpels and Chopard! In my opinion, I don’t know who had more fun with the shoot, the lil models or stylists Mélanie Huynh and Brune de Margerie?
So what do you think about these teeny tiny couture-clad tots? Totally unnecessary in the name of fashion or creatively tasteful?
