According to WWD, designer Rachel Roy has teamed up with one of our favorites, Leandra Medine of Man Repeller who will star in a series of short films that launch on Rachel Roy’s official site…Remember when Medine alluded to this in our interview with her? Well, the collaboration is finally up and running!

The videos will be packed with fashion advice from Medine who will act as a man repelling superhero who swoops in to save “unfortunate young woman  who’ve fallen victim to ‘man getting’ the blogger’s sworn fashion antithesis”. Designer Rachel Roy believes that the collaboration is great as they both have similar messages when it comes to fashion. Roy has said, “It’s mostly just loving and wearing fashion for the sake of fashion and not whether or not a man will like what you are wearing. Confidence is what attracts.” We couldn’t agree more!
