The 83rd annual Academy Awards are just a few short weeks away and we couldn’t be more excited! The latest edition of�Vanity Fair entitled, the Hollywood Issue is definitely amplifying our excitement; especially since some of our favorite Oscar contenders are gracing the rather large cover. Anne Hathaway, James Franco, Olivia Wilde, Mila Kunis and Joseph-Gorodon Levitt are just some of the stars we’re particularly giddy about.

All of the nominees on this star-studded cover are dressed to the nines in their retro bow ties and super slinky gowns. One gets the sense that old Hollywood glamour was meshed with the sex and scandal of the twenty-first century in order to create both the wardrobe and vibe of this photoshoot. All the female starlets are wearing extremely form-fitting dresses in gorgeous metallic shades, jewel tones or black. There’s even a gorgeous, sequined leopard print dress� my favorite! I wonder if the deep, plunging necklines and ever-revealing leg slits are a preview of what we’ll be seeing on the red carpet? Perhaps! I guess we’ll just have to wait and see who will be wearing what…oh, and who will be winning what too. We can’t wait!
