What To Do When You’re Not Waiting in Lines at Lincoln Center

Feb 15, 2011 By Vaneza

We can’t believe that our first time at New York Fashion Week is more than half way over! Time really does fly when you are having fun (fashionably…of course). Lincoln Center has constantly been busy with stylish and chic show-goers, who have patiently braved the cold and crowds to wait in line to see some of their favorite designers…but what do they do when they are at Lincoln Center and not waiting in line? MyFDB wanted to give you the rundown of what else is happening at Lincoln Center aside from the fashion!

Besides the cute cafe inside the Lincoln Center ,which serves great food and probably the most delicious chocolate chip cookie I have ever devoured for breakfast, is also the Frappucino lounge where guests can grab a caffeinated treat thanks to Starbucks Coffee.

It’s no secret that I love my wine, but I still haven’t ventured to this booth (no time and writing a blog post tipsy is a total no-no). However, Lots of guests do seem to be drawn to the Kim Crawford Wine bar!

There’s also free manicures courtesy of Essie, which is awesome if you are constantly blogging, typing and tweeting like me…A girl’s nails need a little loving too!

Pepsi is propped up at the front entrance of Lincoln Center promoting their “Get The Skinny” campaign which refers to getting all the up-to-the-minute news on NYFW (there’s a live Twitterfeed of tweets using the hashtag #mbfw). As well, they’re also showcasing the new skinny can of Diet Pepsi and a t-shirt design collaboration with designer, Charlotte Ronson.

Then, there’s the AOL Bloggers Lounge, which is always beyond packed with bloggers and photographers blogging away. All I can say is “good luck” getting a seat in there! Those bloggers are fierce!

And last (but certainly not least), we know it can get crazy and stressful at Lincoln Center, but that doesn’t mean you have to let yourself go…Both TRESemmé and Maybelline will help you stay chic with samples and tutorials, so a fashionista is always left looking her best, even if she is standing in line…
