If you think Lowe looks good here, then you need to see the actor put on his funny pants for this Funny or Die short promoting his return to TV on “Parks and Recreation.” Lowe finds it hard to believe that TV went on with out him during his acting hiatus…So, he then goes on a hilarious tirade belittling the show’s stars. Poor Adam Scott even takes a punch for the face from Lowe–looks like his “party” literally went “down”! (I threw that in there for you “Party Down” fans).
