We all know vampires aren’t supposed to be sunbathing, but maybe Eric Northman finally sunk his teeth into fairy Sookie Stackhouse so he could soak up some sun?…Sorry, you have to watch True Blood to get that statement. However, if you’re not familiar with Eric the vampire, no worries; because he goes by Alexander Skarsgard in real life and the actor landed the latest cover of GQ (just in time for True Blood‘s season 4 premiere at the end of June). In this shoot we get to know the real Skarsgard a little better in this “Here Comes The Viking” editorial. GQ coined the title of this shoot after his character on True Blood, who was originally a viking before being turned into a vampire, but the shoot allows us to see a softer, less blood thirsty side of him; although, I know many girls out there adore his villainous character.
