Raquel Zimmermann Goes Retro But Still Turns The Heat Up
As much as I love modern and classic simplicity, there is a part of me that wishes I lived anytime during the 50′s through the 70′s… What can I say? I’m not a fan of neon or spandex, so the 80′s are out and I grew up in the 90′s (obviously) making that decade is out as well.
Now the stunning Raquel Zimmermann (who recently went sans makeup…and still looked great) goes retro for the latest issue of Vogue British. Shot by Josh Olins, Zimmerman is muy caliente (that’s very hot for you non-Spanish speaking readers). I love the retro crop tops and high waisted numbers and her tan skin, bold brows and fuchsia lips by makeup artist Sally Branka…and don’t even get me started on Zimmermann’s gold hoops and bangles. The shoot “Heat Wave” has got me dreaming of all things summer is about; tan-lines, swimsuits and a whole lot of relaxation.
