Daphne Groeneveld Is A Girl Gone Wild

Jul 16, 2011 By Amy

I’m thinking Daphne Groeneveld looks part Pebbles (from The Flintstones) and part tribal raver in this Numéro editorial, where’s she’s piling on the accessories and dark eye makeup. Simply titled, “Wild” this shoot is eclectic, bizarre and beautiful all at the same time. Groeneveld goes in front of photographer Greg Kadel‘s lens as a fierce and savage character with an array of zany ensembles.

The image above is one of my favorites from the 14 page editorial. Crazy accessories, a wild headband, tribal necklaces, and big hair standout even though this shot isn’t in color. Plus, there are some neon colored accents which make the model look like a goddess-like. Groeneveld also appears on the mag’s cover wearing a very elaborate head piece.

Unleash your wild side check out the full editorial on MyFDB and for even more fun watch Daphne pose for the shoot in the behind-the-scenes video below.
