“All that glitters is gold” seemed to be the unofficial theme at Cynthia Rowley‘s spring 2012 show. Upon

entering�attendees were greeted with a gold metallic mirrored runway that would make any queen proud. The catwalk wasn’t the only�thing guests were gossiping about, the celebrities in attendance were hot commodities too. Kelly Rutherford, Alexa Chung, Nigel Barker, Derek Blasberg, and the last minute arrival Lindsay Lohan got everyone buzzing.

Lohan was clearly tipped off about Rowley’s midas touch as she was rockin’ an uber-glittery pair of heels. Models strutted out in a parade of gold accented pieces and botanical prints. It seemed the majority of Rowley’s collection was made from silk, which gave the clothing a nice sheen. There were also leather mesh tops and skirts that would add a touch of pizzazz to any closet.
