The 25-year-old actresses and fashion moguls, who are the brains behind the successful fashion brands of Elizabeth & James and The Row, told Elle: �We are perfectionists. We�ve always wanted to be closely involved with everything, totally hands on � that�s why it works. If we step away, it stops working. I know it sounds controlling, but that�s how it has to be.� Clearly the girls must be doing something right to have a empire worth nearly $1 billion.
