Emily Factor, Lizzie Parker & Puridee Take a Green Initiative

Mar 24, 2010 By Amy

The fashion industry continues to show it’s heart for various causes, so we were excited to see who was at The Green Initiative: A Humanitarian Fashion Show, sponsored by the non-profit Green Youth Movement. This eco-friendly event featured three lines: Emily Factor (flirty and floral), Lizzie Parker (tie dye accents) and Lindee Daniel’s Puridee (flowy dresses) whose designs were all made with eco-friendly fabrics.

From long to short dresses, Emily Factor wowed the crowed with her mixing of prints and lacey textures. Lizzie Parker brought forth lots of comfy basics and some one size fits all styles while also including tie dye accents. Lastly, Puridee was all the rage with their eco-gowns that were composed of mostly nude and natural colors. However, a particular blue dress does catch the eye. It appears that the trending track hasn’t changed too much because according to the show florals, long dresses and bold hues are all still in style. Peep the gallery below…Which look would you love to rock?
