Alright, time to make a fashion faux-pas confession… Upon entering my closet a few years ago, you would have seen at least 15 pairs of jeans, whether it was in the form of cut-offs, flares or skinny, I had at least three of each pair. Athough there is nothing wrong with a whole lot of denim, I began wearing them so much that at one point, skirts and flirty dresses became obsolete….

Things have changed and I can now say that I only own three (yes, you read right…three) pairs of jeans, two skinny in dark blue and black and one wide-legged trouser for the 70′s feel that’s in. However, after seeing Glamour‘s latest editorial titled “8 Days of Chic” I have found myself suddenly missing all my pants. Maybe it was the creativity I lacked, but the looks styled by  Melissa Ventosa Martin have got me thinking that denim is never dull- you just have to put your own personal spin on it! Each look worn by model Kat Hessen features at least one denim item and it works! Jeans paired with a fur stole or a fuzzy cardigan? Sure, I’ll try it. Why not?
